Susie Wee is a technology and business leader who held executive positions at Google, Cisco, and HP and she is currently a board member of Analog Devices. She drives business impact by catalyzing innovation and teamwork across multi-disciplinary teams. She built developer communities and partner ecosystems around new technologies and industries. Susie served on the visiting committee of MIT's Electrical Engineering & Computer Science Department and the non-profit board of Girls in Tech.

Susie was the Vice President of Accelerating Cross-Google Experiences at Google. Her team was responsible for mobile excellence on iOS and Android, user journeys, growth and engagement, and strategy and operations for Core Experience.

Susie was the SVP & CTO and GM of DevNet Ecosystem Success at Cisco Systems. She was the founder and leader of Cisco DevNet, Cisco's developer program, which under her leadership grew into a community with over 650,000 software developers and IT professionals building solutions using Cisco's platforms and APIs. She led Cisco's Learning and Certification Business, which includes 1.6M active certified professionals with world-renown CCIE, CCNP, and CCNA certifications and new DevNet Associate and DevNet Professional certifications. Susie was the VP & Chief Technology and Experience Officer of Cisco’s Collaboration Technology Group.

Susie had a 15 year career at Hewlett Packard where she served as the founding VP/GM of HP's Experience Software Business in HP's Personal Systems Group (PSG), VP/CTO of Client Cloud Services of PSG, and Director of the HP Labs Mobile & Media Systems Lab with research in user experience, streaming media, networking, vision & graphics, security, and mobility.

Susie received many industry awards, including the YWCA Silicon Valley Tribute to Women Award in 2020, Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business Award in 2019, Red Dot Design Award in 2015, the Forbes 100 Most Powerful Women list in 2012, Women In Technology's Hall of Fame award in 2010, ComputerWorld's Top 40 Innovators under 40 in 2007, INCIT's Technical Excellence award in 2007, and Technology Review's Top 100 Young Innovators award in 2002. Susie was co-editor of the JPSEC standard for image security. She was a consulting asst. professor at Stanford University where she co-taught a graduate course on digital video processing.

Susie has over 50 publications and 50 granted patents. She received her B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT. She became an IEEE Fellow in 2009 for contributions in multimedia technology.
